Windshield Repair or Replacement in Vancouver
Noticed a small rock chip last night and turned into a 4" long crack after washing the car this morning.
Wondering if anyone has done any repairs or had to do a replacement on their f30 windshield in Vancouver. If you have any recommended places please let me know. I'll probably need an OEM replacement as the car is leased. Thanks |

Yes you need OEM. Same as mine, my windshield broke last week.
$200 deductible from icbc claim, I heard that usually icbc will replace with aftermarket windshield unless you pay the difference of the oem on top (~$200). I went to a Autobody shop on Bridgeport named Autowest Autobody & Glass. They said they can replace an oem windshield for me with icbc claim. Ordered one last week, they are waiting for the oem windshield to arrive then it will only take 1 to 2 hours to replace it. So I'm still waiting at this moment. |

for any windshield only replacements with icbc claim or not, you can take it to autowest directly, they can do it there and guarantee oem.

Great thanks for the info guys. FYI The BMW store on Burrard recommends No. 1 Collision for windshield repairs.

I've used Broco before and they are very good. They get the OEM windshield as well.
