so if your car is on it, lets touchbase in case of any VPC hold-up we can compare our dates and where the car (dealer) was purchased from.

I got mine @ competition BMW and decided to call my CA and he said he hasnt gotten anything yet (maybe since the car isnt being processed yet @ the VPC)

My dealer is Orange County BMW but it was purchased through a lease company.

Sorry for my stupidity but is there a difference between leasing it through a lease company as opposed to BMW directly?

The lease company does all of your legwork and negotiation for you... for a fee of course. They tend to get the good lease rates considering they have great relationships with dealers but this also depends on market conditions and incentives.

As they said above. Its really no different, they just do the negotiating and normally get good prices cause they do a lot
My price was $500 over invoice and thats even with whatever "fee" they get. You dont pay them directly, I assume the BMW dealer has a deal with them.

My lease is still directly through BMW financial

Sweet, I used Orange County BMW too. I spoke to the dealer yesterday and they said I should be able to pick it up either this weekend, or mid next week at the latest. It is weird that the date changed but when I tracked the boat yesterday at about 1030am it showed it in port.

That would be my guess since the status yesterday for mine was on way to VPC

If vpc up there is like Brunswick then it's right at port and should be quick . My 435 got off the ship and through vpc and onto a truck all within 2 days of getting off the ship last month! Only thing that may get you guys is it's the weekend!

So yours should be too or close to it. Not sure how far away our dealerships are.
