Good Deal or No Good Deal? 328i MSport Demo

I know, a very selfish first thread.

Wondering if I got a good lease deal on a demo.

(Either way I love this car like my first born child. Drove a 2011 Camaro RS before this, aaaaaaaaand the Germans win.)

2014 Demo -- 328i Glacier Silver with 1919 miles.

MSPORT
Driver Assistance Plus
Premium Pkg
Lighting Pkg
Technology Pkg

Anti Theft
Heated front seats
Black Kidney Grills
Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps
Rear Diffuser

MSRP: 55,444
Gross Capitalized Cost: 45,234
Residual Value: 34,091

Amount Due at Signing: 2000
Monthly Payment: 383 / 417 after taxes

36 months / 10000 miles

Thanks!

Garage List
2011 335i  [8.66]
Residual looks high to me

Shouldn't residual change since car is discounted

Residual is usually 52%

But that residual seems from original msrp. Rather than discounted price

Pls correct me if i have spoken too quickly

When your leasing a demo it's a bit different, you have to add depreciation Amt $ to the selling price but same RV
And yes RV is from the msrp

thats a pretty solid deal.

thats the best part about getting left over model year cars, super cheap. although you dont always get what you want in terms of packaging...in this case its fully loaded, so you win
