Looks ok. How much did you pay at delivery? Leasing just makes much less sense in states where you have to pay sales tax on thr entire purchase price

What model year is this? MY14 or MY15? Are you using max MSDs? If so, the MF looks a little marked up. Get the MF down to .0008. (Standard MF this month is .00129, so using 7 MSDs, you should get .0008)

Yes this is a MY14 with max MSD.
The MF buy rate is .00129 which was then reduced to .00087 because of the MSD's. Haven't pulled the trigger, doing some shopping around. |

You should be able to do much better. People are getting 17-18% off sticker on 2014's with discounts and incentives. BMW NA is giving "money in the trunk" to dealers to help them discount and move the cars. Of course the greedy so and so's want to keep some of that for themselves rather than passing it on to customers. And the BMW incentives to the customer (e.g. build out cash) are at an all time high.
Two months ago I leased a 2014 335 $57k sticker. Monthly payment $539 with no money down, no MSD's, mf .0013, residual 63%, 3yr/10k. You should be able to do a lot better than that. With the trunk money the dealer should be able to start at way below invoice and your dealer will still make money.

How do you suggest I come back to him in an effort to get a deal closer to what you got? I know he is full of it, just not sure how to call him out on it and get him to bring down the purchase cost. |

I'm not much on negotiating techniques. I hate haggling. It's my son who is the "Grinder". He connected me with a dealer in L.A. (Valencia BMW, Robert Grass, Internet Mgr., tel: 661-288-7166). He's no b.s., straight to the point with the deal he'll give you, which I've found has always been very good. He emailed me the Vehicle Inquiry Report on my car that showed the msrp and invoice as optioned. He quoted $2500 under invoice on the 335, and the incentives available to me were added into that. Since then, I've seen deals on the forums that are even better than that. Everyone is trying to clear out the 2014's. The incentives have gone up and maybe the trunk money from BMW, too, for all I know. There are a couple other dealers up in L.A. that also discount heavily, I think: Steve Thomas BMW, and Pacific BMW. I've always dealt with Internet Mgrs by email or over the phone.
You may have to shop around and be willing to travel some. Some years ago I flew all the way from San Diego to Tenn. for a great deal on a special edition Mini Cooper S, then drove it back across country. Texas isn't that far from SoCal. Let your dealer know what you've seen on the forums and that you are ready to shop/travel around if necessary. That might help, I don't know. It's not always the salesman or even the Sales Managers who dig their heels in. Sometimes the dealer principals set the bottom line. Like I said I'm not too good at haggling. Waiting 'til the end of the month might help loosen up your dealer, if you're patient and think the car will still be there by that time. Hope this helps some.
