Bluetooth passkey?

Hey guys
Where can I find my Bluetooth passkey? Ever since I got the July update I haven't been able to add any bt devices. I have an iphone 5 with ios 8 that won't even find my cars bt. The iphone was previously connected but I removed it because I was hoping that if I try to pair it again the ntb will pop up the passkey. I also have a nexus 5 that will find the but the connection fails every time. My latest toy is moto x which finds the but it needs a passkey which I don't know since the ntb doesn't provide it on the screen. Another crazy thing with the July update is the option to reboot the ntb by holding the mute button doesn't work anymore.

Passkey? You don't need it for the iPhone.

Go to "add phone" on your BMW iDrive, then open Bluetooth on your iPhone. You'll see the BMW show up - select it and click pair.

My iPhone searches and searches but it never find my cars bt. It sees my other phones. Under add my devices the ntb only gives me the annoying message to check my manual and the name of the ntb's bluetooth.

Ok, so I left the bt off for about 20 mins while driving and after I turned on it it finally worked. This time the phone found the name instead of the mac address add before.
