thoughts on price 2014 328d

Local dealer has a couple left over 2014 328d. One is silver with black leather...luxury package, premium, cold weather, nav. sticker is 47925. They have it advertised for 39986. Is this a good price? Think i could get it lower? We have a 2011 328i with 57k on it so no hurry if the deals not right.
