Good music videos?

Every now and then someone puts out a good music video, that has some sort of creative edge to it, stands out among all the others...

The vid for "heard em' say", by Kanye, is especially good. I like the comic book strip animation that goes in and out between switching scenes w/ Kanye and Adam Levine, almost looks like it came from the same mold as the "Boondocs"...all the while the animation tells the story Kanye lyricizes.

Pink Floyd - Learning To Fly http://a1956.g.akamai.net/5/1956/188...0c/fly_600.mov (17 megs)

It's an old video from 1987, but is still amazing to this very day.

And you thought Slash was the first rock god to play guitar in the middle of an open field while the camera attached to a plane flew over him (in November Rain) :rocks:

And speaking of Pink Floyd, I just saw on Amazon that Pink Floyd is finally releasing a DVD version of Pulse http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...-7692762?n=130

I have been practically waiting my entire life for something like this!

Not only is the live show from Earls Court included, like in the VHS I've had since 1995, but also rare footage and MUSIC VIDEOS!!!

I've been buying bootleg videos of Pink Floyd on eBay since I joined eBay 8 years ago...in fact, a bootleg pink floyd vhs collection was the first thing I ever bought on eBay!

Dreams do come true! Life is good

I like all Kanye's videos. His other "Heard Em Say" video is good, too. I also like Michael Jackson's videos.

Tool - Schism

Tool has very dark and abstract videos. Very hard to understand what the hell is going on.

Hmmm...

well I preordered that Pink Floyd Pulse DVD that I was talking about, and just yesterday it said it will be available on January 31, 2006.

Now today I check it, and it says it won't be available until January 1, 2010!
