I had Jb4 and was not a fan at all. Running a piggyback system is just sloppy first of all, and my car would frequently throw drivetrain malfunctions. Protune has much more linear power, and is definitely a more reliable tuning technique. Price is almost the same for a brand new jb4 and a protune.

So assuming you had it painted before you installed?
Why do you think it failed and fell off? Not enough double sided tape?

Yes I had it painted before installation. I personally believe, lack of double sided tape caused the issue.

Alright guys so quick update.

After owning my car for almost 1.5 year I have always wanted the AWE exhaust setup but never got it because of how pricy it is. Finally decided to pull the trigger and am absolutely in love with it. Sounds amazing, and looks amazing.
