Are the f30 seats taller than the e90s?

I'm driving an f30 328i (not sure which line but it's definitely not sport) and the headrest just seems so high up. Even after adjusting the tilt its uncomfortable. I'm comparing this to the e92 with sport seats where the headrest lowers and tilts to the perfect position.

+1... These headrests are monstrous, especially compared with my E46, have to look around them when backing up. Ive done the bracket modification and brought them down to the top of the seats. The seats don't adjust as high as the E46 also, I feel like I'm like some low-rider dude, lol

I have the seat as high as it will go, but compared with my E46 and my X5 (both of which I still have), I feel I'm lower in the seat in th F30. I'm only 5' 7" so that could be a reason. Read in another post about the seat not rising high enough...might have to get checked when I bring it in to the dealer.

Im 5'8" and on the lowest it feels high. I hate seeing the whole hood in my view. But all my cars the seats were pretty low. Mr2 itr s2k and evo. Funny on the evo forums there are mods to the seat bracket to make it even lower. I like lowest setting maybe tilted even backwards a little with the steering wheel at its lowest for daily driving. I wish i didnt get the powered seats so it wouldnt feel like a waste if i were to swap them for recaros.

It 's so different for everyone... I can't imagine keeping the seat in its highest position -- my ears would pop and my nose would bleed.
