How does this deal look (EBII/Beige 328i)?

Just sold my Monte Carlo Blue M3 and moving to something cheaper (moving to first house soon). Just wanted everyone's opinion on how this looks:
-2013 328i Sedan M-Sport Line
-Estoril Blue Metallic
-Venetian Beige Dakota Leather
-Aluminum Hexagon Interior Trim
-High Black Gloss Trim
-6spd Manual Transmission
-Lighting Package
-Technology Package
-Dynamic Handling Package
-Harmon Kardon Sound
-Park Distance Control
-Moonroof
-PIA Black Kidney Grilles- $126.00
US MSRP - $49,820
US Invoice - $46,345

My US Price - $46,645 + tax and license

LEASE

36 month lease 10k miles per year

Total out of pocket - $3,826.66 - $1,750 (lease cash and loyalty rebates)=$2,076.66

Payment - $518.86 (includes Orange County sales tax and DMV)

Some thoughts, I configured your options on bmwconfig.com and it shows as 51,270 MSRP, did you mean Leatherette in your option listing? The difference between the config and your price is $1,450 the price of leather.

Putting your numbers into my excel with Base MF (assuming, you didn't post) your payment seems about right. Plus it would seem you're paying about 300 over invoice which is really great.

But I would double check your options and MSRP/Invoice pricing here: bmwconfig.com and make sure they match your numbers.

You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. I checked with my SA about the leather, and she said she made a mistake and put leatherette instead of leather. Thanks a million!

Also, what do you guys think would be a more desirable trim for people to buy, Aluminium w/ Black Gloss, or Aluminum w/ Matte Estoril? I'm buying the M Performance Trim so I'll be selling the stock trim.

Aluminium w/ Black Gloss is what im considering, but i'm also going with AW! with EB, the Blue trim might look spiff! Looking from the website though, I think the Black Piano Gloss looks pretty good

I think you'll love the car. I just sold my AW M3 and am awaiting my EB 335i msport for similar reasons. It should be here this week. Enjoy!

Thanks 3! Shouldn't your name be "Mto3"?

Placed my order today, and it just went into production, status 150. That was quick!

LOL. Yah. My first BMW was a 2006 325i. After 2 years, I loved it and needed more, so I turned it in and got a 2008 M3. Now, I'm looking to keep the fun as much as possible, get a new car and improve my MPG a bit. So for that and a few other reasons, I recently sold the M3 and am awaiting it's replacement, a 2013 335i Msport EB. So I guess I'm going full circle....

They're still great cars. I never took advantage of the M3's power, so the 328i will suit my needs well.

Agreed. The great thing about the M3 is that wonderful high rpm power and sound. But you don't get too many times to use it at least in my situation. On the freeway after an interchange for example I can be in second gear and be doing about 80 mph by the time I hit redline. So I'm hoping the low end torque of the 335 will keep me happy enough.

For some reason I never got to use the power much either. We have nothing but traffic in SoCal, so the situations to use the power are limited. For me, as long as the car is beautiful, I'm happy.

Also guys, does it make sense to roll the M Performance Brakes ($2,240 installed) into the lease and then sell the brakes at the end of the lease? I'm on the fence about the brakes.
