328 -> 330, 240HP -> 270HP
335 -> 340, 300HP -> 330HP

I agree with your point, with 30 more HP I really can't see myself going for the 335/340. I can already get in trouble with the 328. Of course, I'm sure the 330 will also be more expensive ..
330 sounds so much better too. I literally just got home from working late and was driving 95mph on an empty highway because my 335hp N55 just wants to go light speed...

BMW pricing is going to go up because of the 30 HP increase in both the trims. You get what you pay for with BMW (generally speaking).

An Autocar article said the facelifted cars will get improved interior materials, does anyone have insight here?

When the LCI F30 comes out, can we expect Pre-LCI F30 models to be drastically reduced in pricing for CPO???

I am debating whether I should wait a little and get the Pre-LCI F30 328i or just pull the trigger and get the 2011 E90 328i this December...

No, do not expect any big price reductions on pre-LCI F3x's after the LCIs come out.

I'm getting a 328 now (F31 should be here in about 4 weeks), since it's had time to mature since being introduced and a lot of the kinks/quirks have been ironed out. In 3 years, I'll upgrade to the 330 once those kinks are worked out. At least that's my plan...

I wouldn't expect pre-LCI F30 prices to drop by much once the LCI is introduced. If you like the E90, go for it this December. You can buy mine!

Hmmmmm...

Initially was thinking about ordering in December to take advantage of seasonal incentives, delivery in time for my 30th birthday in March. If LCI for the F32 is going to start in July alongside the F30s though...well, my graduation date is May 2016...I could wait another few months till July and order one as an early graduation present to myself

I did the same and actually don't regret it. My lease payment is really cheap as a result of the crazy incentives. Only regret is no NBT, but that's just luck of the draw, as iDrive doesn't change all that often compared to even the MY or LCI cycle.

Is $23,000 a good deal for a Certified 2012 BMW 328i?

With 34,000 miles.

Depending on the car itself and the options it could be a great deal, or just so-so.
