Actually its an older test, but the instrument data is newly added. Last edited by Alex57r; 01-09-2014 at 04:07 PM.. |

I think even considering the all season tires, this test seems to point to a greater disparity in performance data between an F30 sedan and the F34 than prior tests I have seen. Having said that, I beleive that the power pack will take that extra weight right off, and I for one, am willing to live with the taller profile, all season tires even at the cost of diminished handling.

It's interesting to see that the test numbers in both this and the MT review seem to be somewhat off (I'm not sure why), but the reviews were still quite positive overall.
I've already seen a few more 3GT's on the road than I had expected. I wonder how well they are selling here, and how much the success will depend on the media echo. |

I think the test numbers are pretty much exactly where you'd expect. About 0.3-5 off a 335, rule of thumb for drag racing is a tenth for every 100lbs assuming perfect traction

I still haven't seen one in Chicago. The dealer I ordered mine from said they've sold three, but I've yet to see one. Which makes me happy, I don't care if no one else buys one.

I've seen about 5 or 6 in Boston. I find it nice to see a few on the road. I'm not really worried that they'll become too popular
