Heater Temp Controls

New 435i convertable.....seems to be missing a way to lock the two heater temp controls together like on my old 2012 E93......am I missing something? When my wife was alive, she took GOOD care of her side......but now it's a pain for me to have to move both controls to keep things balanced out.

The heating/ac system in these cars are a joke. This is the first car I've had with automatic climate control where the temperature settings act more like a suggestion rather then a temperature setting. Don't even get me started on the moldy moisture smell.
