F33 winter wheels
Just in case anyone is interested.
Asked today at my local dealer which 17" and 18" alloys would fit my car for winter tyre options (my car has the blue m-sport brakes). The only options according to BMW are:- 658 18" 405M 18" 397 18" 395 17" 415 18" 396 18" 413 17" 393 17" |

Yep needs to be minimum 18" and even then needs checked for clearance.
I believe a few people have went non BMW for their winter wheels. There are some threads on it. |

Yes. This was direct from BMW. I asked specifically if these fitted and was told it went on the chassis number which of course includes the upgraded brakes.

18" 400m's fit as well. In the UK they are staggered 8" wide front and 8.5" wide at the rear but one can fit square 225/45/18 tyres on the staggered rims with no adverse effect.
I believe the 400m are offered as a square 8" wide (front & rear) winter trye format in NA. |

Loads of options out there. I would stick with a 18" square set up for winter with 225/45/18 or 235/45/18 (easier tyre choice). I got a set of black M3 replicas for 150.
Check Ebay and Gumtree |

441M's also fit nicely over the 3l 370mm rotors with no issue.
I've used a square setup on 441M's on a 330d and then on a 340i
