Sorry, yes you have EVO in 2017. OTA Updates are worthless. They don't get pushed like they should and then they are only regional not full updates. I am not sure what if anything dealer can do about it.

Yes, you can always install Full Base Map and update whole thing. Latest is North America EVO 2017-4.
