Tyre Pressure Value
Hi all, I have a 320d series and run flat tyres (Continental) on my car and the tyre size is 225/45R18 91 Y.
I have been following the value on the door sticker till now but yesterday, i had a warning of low pressure and i only reset the value last week. I researched for the correct value online and it's showing me a lot higher than i have on my door sticker. The value on my door sticker for the front is 2.0 and the rear is 2.2 BAR which is 29 PSI and 31 PSI I was wondering what value do you guys are using for that tyre size? or should i just follow the value on my door sticker?. |

It doesn't matter to the sensors what pressure you set, as long as you reset the monitoring system in the idrive after pumping them up it will then monitor for that pressure.

As teaston's post, simply adjust and reset the TPMS.
The door placard pressures do appear to be low, you can experiment if you want to. How are the tyres wearing, evenly? |

You have maybe read the pressures on the door wrongly, it’s pretty confusing. I have the same size as you on my front tyres and I run them at 35 psi. Rears are 255’s and I have them at 38.
