Underseat subwoofer compatibility E90 => F33

Would an aftermarket subwoofer pulled from an E90 HK system fit on my F33 HK system?
Specifically this one Audio System ax-08-bmw-flat
Available from a local Craigslist for really cheap.
Your thoughts please.

Yes in a custom box or with spacer ring / adaptor.

So I take it the F30 and F33 have the same sub enclosure?

Yes they do according to real oem.
