South Bay Dealerships
I'm getting ready to place an order for a car, and I'm wondering what everyone's experience is with service departments at mountain view and stevens creek. My girlfriend works across the street from stevens creek but I work just up the road from mountain view bmw, so they're both convenient.
Is one service department better than the other? How are they about loaners? I plan to buy the car from the place I'll get it serviced at so that shouldn't be an issue. |

would you rather not go with a dealer which offers you better price and hassle free deal?
You can get your car serviced anywhere, and if not a loaner, you can also get a rental car in the worst case. I would not base buying decision on service experience/ratings.

Sure, I can get it serviced anywhere but what's going to happen if I run into anything outside the ordinary? I'd like to think that having bought the car from the same place I get it serviced will give them incentive to treat me better. Or do the dealers just not care about that kinda loyalty?
