i know thats there a way for working offline with e-sys but don't know how to do

No. Not in the VCM Module. In the Coding Module, after you read FA, you hit the "Read VCM" button (in newer versions of E-Sys, it is marked Read SVT).

It is Step 10 in the E-Sys - Getting Started Coding.pdf guide:

So,

I coded the video functions, but what I cant seem to do is import from the USB to the HDD, did I miss something?

Certainly you cannot code the car Offline, so define "use". What exactly is it you want to do Offline?

Yes, this is simple. Read your SVT, then disconnect from car. Then open each CAFD (.ncd) file with FDL-Editor, makes the FDL Changes you want, and save them. Connect back to car, Activate FA, and FDL Code each ECU CAFD you modified. Make sure after you reconnect that you do not read SVT nor any ECU again before writing your coding changes, otherwise the read step will override the Offline changes you made.

It's a file like FEM_BOBY, KOMBI or it's a file which is inside a folder ?

For F10, it is its own ECU in SVT Tree, same as FEM_Body and Kombi.

For F30, I would assume the same, although someone with Kafas needs to confirm.

Anyone know how to enable the rear fog lights without having the headlights on ? My E90 was able to turn them on with only the angel eye/turn signal combo. Thanks !

I'm a happy owner of a 01 2013 535xiT with 6WB (Digital KOMBI), 5AG (line change assist), 8TH (speed limit info) and 5AC (auto-high beam) and NBT (thanks SergAA from Bimmerfest forum). I'm a beginner in coding but I'm trying to code LDW in my car using this:

KAFAS:
3000, TLC_START_VERSION, default_on
3000, TLC_ON_OFF, aktiv
3000, SEND_MESSAGE_327, aktiv
3000, SEND_MESSAGE_345, aktiv
3006, ACTUATOR_ON_OFF, aktiv-> maybe the problen is here

ERROR AFTER CODING HERE.

KOMBI:
3003, TLC_VERBAUT, On_F10
3004, ST_TLC_TIMEOUT, aktiv
3004, ST_TLC_ALIVE, aktiv
3004, ST_TLC_APPL, aktiv
3003, HUD_TLC_ENABLE, aktiv

HU_NBT:
3001, LANE_DEPARTURE_WARNING, aktiv

SZL_LWS
3000, Lenkrad_Vibration, aktiv (enabled by default)

FRM
LIN_PUBU_TLC, aktiv

And It's works perfect for 15 seconds and then I have this error LANE DEPARTURE WARNING FAILURE and stops working.

Any ideas to fix that ? It seems this coding lines works well, including HUD display, for some people.

does any one know if its possible to extend the NBT Welcome screen run time?

I coded this,

and it would be nice to actualy see it, when I open my car, by the time I get in, its gone

After connecting with the car, I first read and save FA, SVT and all CAFD files. Then I can do changes to various CAFDs "offline" later at my convinence: When trying to locate desired ECU/CAFD I can load the saved SVT first, then highlight the CAFD and right click New then FDL. This will allow me to load a previously saved CAFD file into the FDL editor for making necessary changes. I save the file after finishing the modification. I found I can also activate FA "offline" with saved FA. So basically I need to go "online" again only when I try to code FDL to the car.
