I know, that's what it seems to me as well but on some pictures the cover looks slightly different

Here are the 2 links to the sport and no line. To me it looks like the bottom of the airbag is a little longer than the no sport, but it is hard to tell.

Ok I've figured it out.

If you order even a base 328, it comes with whats called a "sports leather steering wheel" which uses the chrome trim.

a 320i comes with the all black one. (second link)


BASICALLY:

If your trim around your wheel has chrome like in the first link then this wheel will work with your airbag, if it doesn't have that then it won't.

I think everything from 328i base and up has the wheel with the chrome trim standard.
