F36 winter wheels - 763M

Hi guys,
I haven't found any other F3x's with these yet, so thought it would be helpful for those looking for pictures of 763M variants on the F3x.
Installed the winter wheels yesterday. Replica 763M in 8.5J et 35 and 9.5J et 44, wrapped in Michelin Alpin PA4.

Lowering will be done this weekend.

Hi
Where did you find the wheels? And are they 18” or 19”?

hello

I new to the forum, so Hello in the first place

I am a proud owner of a 2014 F36, 420i and I am just amazed by this car. I have 19 wheel on it with summer tires and I plan to buy something lower for the winter.
I was thinking about some 17" with 225/50 but I have some issues finding the correct size compatible for 17 wheels for this car.

Any ideas what size exactly I can use (safely)

7, 7.5 or 8x17" will be fine, offset (ET) around 30-35.

Thank you very much for your answer.

For example I found some information on a website, but I don't understand if the ET size is mandatory.

For example, for 7.5x17 is mandatory to have ET37 or I can use also 35 or lower?

ET37 is the OEM offset for 7.5x17" but you can go with at least 12-15mm lower if you like.

But I recommend to dont go with too low offset for winter wheels, will just throw dirt on the sides of your car.

I see.. so for winter i think I sould search for 7.5x17 34-37 right? To be sure everything will be just good with some good 225/50

Yes, 225/50-17 is OEM tire size.

ET32 is quite common for 7.5x17", include that in your search.

When changing the rims for winter , should buy also new set of sensors or just use the ones for summer?
