I wasn't aware this was even an option for me. The website allowed it to go through, so I guess it's the real deal. By saving $2150 on the Nav option, it more than pays for all this good stuff! The MPerformance steering wheel is for steptronic or non-steptronic. I will be getting AT, so I assume that's what's meant by steptronic.

Deletes heated function, just an FYI.

That carbon fiber and alcantara knob is for a manual.

Right, I just figured that out. I'll pass on the CF AT knob. No Cold Weather Package for me, so no heated wheel.

Have you heard any feedback on the MPerformance steering wheel? I'd like the MSport, but I'm not getting the MSport Line. I've heard the Sportline wheel is no great shakes.

Take a close look at the steering wheels before you order. The MSport steering wheel is, in my opinion, really nice and the one to have. I think I would want the Cold Weather Package, too, in MA, and the heated steering wheel is one of my very favorite features now.

I found the MSport wheel for a very reasonable price at Turner Motor Sports: http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-17...-bmw-part.aspx. I need to find out about paddles vs. no paddles.

I won't be in MA for more than another year, going to Santa Fe. I know it can get cold there, but I don't need/want the CWP. I wouldn't mind the standalone heated wheel though. I also don't want the MSport line. I don't like the front end as much as the SportLine, and I don't like the interior trim options. I don't even like the wheel choice as much as the SportLine.
