Did you connect the cables etc like it was on the stock exhaust?
Mine is opened when the car starts (like stock) but closes within 30s and is then only open in some RPM-ranges and in Sport/Sport+ when driving.

I asked my SA he told me you'll lose the exhaust warranty but
he said that he wouldn't worry about it because it's top quality.
although our neighbour country ( UAE ,dubai)
they have 2 BMW dealers and both have Akrapovic Side inside the dealership,retains full warranty.

and btw you rarely see 335i F30 in here mostly 320i's or 328i's , my dealer
didn't receive any Msport 335i am the only Msport 335i in kuwait

many people stop me and tells me you got a nice M5, i guess they relate
Blue colored BMW's to M5's ,...it's time to debadge the 335i emblem

People think my car is a M5 too sometimes (mine is rebadged). The 3er is so big now so it confuses people.

This is how the valve looks at all times. The U shaped valve connecter is installed as per the diagram i believe.

Hypo, they should be similar to stock. Put your car in Comfort mode and get down and take a picture. Then put your car in Sport or Sport+ mode and go back and take a picture. You should notice some change in sound and also if that is the correct flap it should be closed in comfort, open in sport.

I have exactly the same combo. You are going to be a very happy man when you get your car back. I didn't have the two done at the same time so you get a double dose of joy! Power with a great sound-track - it is like having a different car.

Just got delivery of the car with the MPPK & Akrapovic. The first impression is WOW. I will be going for a long drive this evening after work!

I saw the videos in this thread, and on the Akrapovic app, but in real life it is MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER. So my advise is go ahead and install it. It is worth it and makes the car a completely new animal!

Yeah, Im sold on it. It was a difficult decision to drop $3k on an exhaust though. I will try to make some videos to add to this thread once I have it installed.

Your car looks and sounds amazing!

Just wanted to mention though that I think you reversed the tips

If you look at Akra pics you will see that the logo sits direct at top of tip and the angle of the slash goes towards the sides of car not towards the bottom...
