What watch do wear Miss Diane?

For the record, I wear an Apple Watch because I got pissed off with buying expensive Swiss crap that looks shite once you've worn it a few times. At least with the Apple you can swap the straps, so stainless for evening wear, leather for work and cheap rubber for every day.

Oh and it taps me on the wrist when I need to take the chicken out the freezer!
No-one's complaining if you choose to eat chicken from the freezer. That's your choice.

Note - other foods are available and your statutory rights are not affected.
What chicken do eat?

Wink

With Apple Chicken at least it's clean and wrapped to perfection before you get your mits on it.

If you say so...

The cheap always comes out expensive.

Go figure!

Omega DSOTM

First ceramic and first Omega watch and love it. No scratches ever which is a huge bonus. Changed the stock strap for an Omega leather strap and added the ceramic deployment clasp too.

I wish they held their value like a Rolex, but no plans to sell just yet, although I am hankering after another Rolex...

And still it goes on.

What's happened to the boy M40CCA anyway? He went quiet in May, reappeared briefly at the end of July and hasn't been on here since.

Mate, if you're listening, FFS come back and edit this thread title!

I'm the same as you Panchoa, have worn the PO more or less constantly since I purchased it a couple of months ago, my other watches have hardly been out of the box. I'm seriously impressed with the PO, it's a keeper!!

Have had my Certina with date some 50 years. I bought it in Switzerland on a skiing holiday and has been very reliable.
I cannot recall how much I paid for it but was worn every day for 40 years and still worn now. At a recent service the watchmaker said it would now cost at least £1200 or more.
My other two watches are Rolex, a SubC black with date and a Exp 39mm Mk1.
The Certina SS case is of harder material than the Rolex and less liable to scratch and mark.
The Certina when new had a plain black strap. I wear it now with the NATO, on some of my more rougher walks over the hills.
I certainly recommend Certina.
