N IRELAND - leather restorers

NI friends,

Can anyone recommend someone who can restore some faded leather?

It's black Dakota, some usual wear (77k miles) but most concerning is where my jeans (or something abrasive) has slightly worn the surface of the seat, discolouring it slightly. It's not torn, I'm pretty sure a dye would sort it, but would like a good professional job on it!

Thanks in advance

There is meant to be a Polish dude that does it in Ballymena who is very good. And then there is suppose to be a place in Dungannon that does it too. Both of these are the only ones i know of that are fairly recommended.

There is a place in Lisburn, but its more for turning your cloth to leather etc. So they might not carry the material you need or the knowhow into restoring exisiting leather. But suppose you could always give the guy a shout and speak to him personally. Baron Bedi is his name. Im sure google would direct you.

I've seen a guy doing touch-ups at Prentices on a Mini
The bolsters on the sports seats were literally sprayed.
If you contacted the dealer they might be able to help you.
The Polish guy in Ballymena does retrims, I was gonna get him to do my dash

Also heard the guy in Ballymena is good. Think he is based close to where the Carnoisseur shop used to be.

That sort of repair may work out better than retrim
