off lease - bmw x3 2013
i just put 15 k in my bmw x3 2013, alphine white, premium package. It is at $700/month for 4 year lease starting from January 31st 2013. i already pay for one year lease and it covers four years 80k maintance and warranty which includes services and oil changes etc. It means for 4 years no worries maintance and service with loaner vechicle at free of charge from bmw if required. If you have a plan to own this vechicle at much cheaper price compared to pre-owned dealer price, this is the best choice for you. If anyone interested, pls pm me. i live in brampton.

You should list how much kms the car has and what the limit is. Did you put any down payment on the lease? If not, it's not really a hot deal since people can also negoticate a similar deal.

I would try lease busters. But in my experience you have to sweeten the deal to get people into a "2nd hand" lease. Typically you offer a cash incentive or your car has lots of miles left.

Tks guys..I agree I am not a Sale Savy guy, rather Techy Guy, here some more details...I run only 15,000km in a year, lease is 4 yrs & 80,000 km, 3 more years and you can run 65,000 km more..I don't know how much lease transfer cost but ready to give $2000 Cash incentive plus my deposit around $750 dollar.. Car is in brandnew condition, nothing to complain, I am an Engineer getting opportunities to work out of country.. that is the key reason to try this option...
