NY doesn't allow MSD's so I'm guessing just a combination of incentives plus the "$0 down" doesn't mean "I'm paying nothing when I pick up the car".

Ultimately the only # that really matters is the cap cost of the car. How you spin the rest of your incentives is up to you. There's no magic in leasing, just lots of #'s.

You should be able to do better than that. My car had almost the same MSRP, and with 15k per year (lower residual) and no cap cost reduction with taxes paid each month and my payment is $705.

You want to go on BMWconfig, find out the invoice price of your car, and negotiate from there. Sounds like you should be able to get several hundred if not another grand off the car.

I never posted the deal I settled on...I think it's pretty good. Placed order on 10/11 and I'm being told I should take delivery mid Dec. My tracker is showing production is complete and I'm just waiting for it to get loaded to be shipped.
