Yes just look it up. New idrive hardware, new brake option, more tech included in tech package. Launch control. Transmission sailing mode. Not too bad.

Fellow enthusiasts of all BMW vehicles!!! I need some assistance here. I am deciding between 435i and 2014 335i. Just had a few questions. The 2014 335i, is the suspension a carry-over from 2013, or is it identical to that of 435i. I am wondering about these changes for the 2014 335i. Basically, any suspension changes/upgrades, and any steering upgrades/changes, for the 2014 335. Much gratitude!!!

335i suspension is carry over from 2013. We won't really know what changes there are suspension wise until 2014s begin to arrive to owners. There was some quoted reports that there were some changes but who knows.

Sport and traditional, or whatever, I think it's called.

I doubt BMW would add new colors - What else would they be? Blue? Red? Green? It's not a civic ... they aren't going to put colored LED's like that in the cabin.

Aside from the iDrive/NBT update and some package and option arrangements, the 2014's really aren't any different than the 2013's.

The "M Sport Brakes" option includes brake rotors which are supposedly larger than the standard brakes front and rear with more robust, blue calipers. 370mm front and 345mm rears. They are supposedly identical to the "BMW M Performance Brake System" which BMW charges $2,300 (front) and $400 (rear) separately for with the exception that the rotors are not slotted and dimpled.

Of course...this is all hearsay. Everyone seems to have a different opinion about what the option really is, and no one has provided any sort of fact.

Finally.

I'm trying to configure a car without navigation but with some smartphone integration. On the 2013 model, they had "BMW Assist with enhanced Bluetooth and USB". That option is gone for 2014, but there is "Enhanced USB and Bluetooth plus Smartphone Integration" in the the Technology Package (which includes Nav and is therefore quite expensive). Does the car now come with baseline smartphone integration or is there no way to get it other than ordering the Technology Package?

It has bluetooth included for phone calls. But if you're trying to get enhanced bluetooth primarily for the streaming then you have to get nav or tech. Sucks I know.

Guys, lets suit up! And discuss what matters, the suspension and steering. Admitedly, the steering in the 2013 is light, and does not become as stiff as we would like upon choosing Sport. The suspension is a bit light and floaty. I wonder how much of an improvement has been made for the 2014 suspension and steering? Is the suspension more rigid? Is the steering tweeked more towards sportier frontier? We now know 435 suspension is different than 2013 335. Where does this leave the brand spanking new, 2014 335i sedan?

Is that for sure? The 435 reviews as far as I know didn't mention anything specific but the reviews seem to hint at an improvement. Anyone who owns a 2014 see any differences in feel?

I actually came across a thread here that had quoted feedback from BMW, stating 435 had completely different suspension than the sedan. Also that it was more rigid/stiff by a certain percentage than its predecessor. Take a glance, that thread should def still be here. I'll also try to find the link. I believe it was Answers To Questions on 435...

Amazingly enough for BMW, the 2014 version of my car (same options) is actually slightly cheaper than the 2013 sticker. And by slightly, I mean $75. It is good to see some better value on the PDC/rear camera options and no more extra charge for BMW apps on top of Navigation.
