I didn't get it because I don't see the point. I'm in PA and it gets very cold in the winter yet I've never felt the need to warm my seats or my steering wheel. I don't know, seems really pointless to me. When it's the winter I expect to be cold I guess.

I'm not sure what to make of the ECO PRO bar-chart graph on the iDrive display... It's confusing at best.
Love the heated seats up here in Seattle (on prior Leather-seat cars), havent had the luxury of driving my F30 in the winter yet, so we'll see how I like the heated steering wheel Totally agree about having to set the heat target two times... annoying as hell!

Can you code it to retract when you lock the door - and not open until you are in Forward (going ~20 MPH when they automatically open would be perfect). If opening when unlocked one could still knock them off the side when backing out of a garage.

I do think one should be able to turn on the front (and rear) sensors for judging distance to parking stop so one does not smack the front spoiler. Only way is to put the car in reverse to activate - then shift to forward (at least that I have found). |

Have to say, I LOVED my cup holders in my E90. They were basically invisible.
My girlfriend was so confused and then easily amazed because she got in the car, and automatically started looking for a cup holder for her Starbucks, and couldn't find one. So she just held her "crappachino" and said to me "Wow. BMW doesn't even have cup holders? What a joke." I then smirked and pressed the passengers cup holder and said, "there ya go." Made the bitch STFU quick. It was then she knew not to talk shit about BMW.

Don't have my car yet but the stealer tells me rubber front floor mats aren't listed in the UK for an F31 xDrive. Useless for a family car

Is the premium package really a must-have?

My last car was a boxster and the cup holders were just as bad. Nothing starts your day like a hot venti-latte exploding all over the interior (more than once)

the random headlight washer.. still have not got that figured out. Unless the car determines when it should do it itself, I am think there should be a button for that
cold weather package I believe |

On mine the headlight washers go when you pull back the wiper stalk to spray the windshield. Assuming it's the same in the F30. Not sure how effective they are in clearing junk/snow, but they are great at making streaky marks.

You can keep it from spraying the headlights however by activating the windshield wash only with the headlights off. I appreciate this is not always possible and is a silly work around, but it works. |

I'm sure this was mentioned already, but I had my Auto Start-Stop coded so that it remembers the last setting. Aside from that, I haven't found anything I don't particularly like yet. Well, other than the runflat tires, that is.

Not sure I see your point. I assume you wear a heavy coat in the winter. Why not take advantage of warming your seats. It's a great feature in cold climates. For me it's a must have option.
