I personally like the way the injen intake looks better than the aFe momentum intake. And the injen is cheaper too! aFe looks more plasticy

PRO's 1 - Lighter 2 - More quiet 3 - Plastic, could be less absorbent to heat. Injen would get too hot to touch. 4 - Simpler design, less congestion in the engine compartment. Makes installation and removal literally a 2 minutes job. CON's 1 - Doesn't fit 100% with the BMS OCC. 2 - More expensive (I stole mine for $100) |

Another big plus was that with the Injen and map 7 I would get not so smooth shifts between 2.2k and 2.8k. I thought this was the behavior of map 7, maybe the car needed to be driven harder on map 7 as shifting after 2.8k would be smooth. Also at times I would get WG flutter during these lower end shifts. Both of these symptoms have been eliminated with the aFe. Note this behavior was not consistent. |

[QUOTE=lesnica;17750521]Does anyone know where I can buy the two torx screws included in the injen intake kit?[/http://www.injenonline.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Store_Code=IN&Screen=PROD&Category_Co de=HD&Product_Code=X-6072
Took me forever to find this site, I kept trying to find them under the actual Injen retail website. You can find all the replacement prts here, think the order has to be like 10-20 bucks so get ready to buy some extra sleeves/liscence plate or two. |

i just did my install today and honestly I am noticing my mpg decreasing pretty drastically for some reason, I double checked everything and they are all attached and seemed secure (I put the clams over the rubber sleeve which connects the two pipes to make sure there is no leak. the rubber sleave wasnt in the instructions) and no warnings and eevrything sounds great, just that gas decreases at a scary rate :/ Any thoughts? reset ECU maybe?

Just to make sure, battery reset is by disconnecting then reconnecting the black cable on your battery at the trunk of the car right? Or do i have to disconnect both black and red?

Nothing with adding an intake should cause poor mileage, even if if wasn't installed correctly. However; if the MAF sensor was damaged this would send false reading possibly causing the motor to run rich. I agree, first step of diagnoses would be returning to stock. |
