It looks like a start up screen to me.

It's probably an m-series car. We have not found anything like that for the F30 yet.

It's BMW 335xi , not M-car.

So, let's have some fun

Sure, you'll need to talk me through that though. Note this video isn't from my NBT unit, but I'd like go know how to do it.

it's the file that esys download/save to your computer after you right click on the SVT tree (for HU_NBT) "read coding data".... with .ncd extension

you should have it readily in your computer that does the coding

very small file where all the fdl codes are... i don't have HU_NBT, so i wanna see if there's any difference in the file that allow NBT user to customised/upload their splash screen.. haven't seen one for HU_CIC yet

Look in your \EsysData\CAF folder....

You can ask, but I'm pretty sure the dealer either does not know how, or will refuse to do it.

You will need to either find someone in you area that will code your car, do it yourself, or find someone that can code remotely.

Err...No. Dealers do not FDL Code cars, they only VO Code and program them based on the Vehicle Order, which are the factory settings.

As for the animated start-up screen posted above, that doesn't seem to be available on the F30 as far as anyone has found.

For the Instrument Cluster M-Performance start up Logo, it is:

KOMBI => BMW_LOGO = MPM

The Head Unit start-up Logo is part of the Head Unit firmware, and can not be coded.
