2014 3 series upgrade

From my dealer today, when I enquired re a staus update of my order:

"As far as production month and the the changes for the 3 Series, the Hybrid is from July production and August for the rest of the 3 Series."

FWIW.

The wait is killing me, so I bought a Phantom Quadrocopter yesterday to keep me occupied.

Hope ill have mastered it enough by Sept to take some cool aerial video of my beast.

Wow you're probably one of the few that ordered a hybrid. The wait is a pain.

I would suggest rather then trying Google do a search in the main forum and on the other site and you will find the answers you seek.

As far as I know the only real change is the touch IDrive which to me seems to be a bit of a gimmick and its on the wrong side (for right handed people) anyway?

Haha, I hadn't thought about having (choosing, I hope) to write 'wrong handed' :-)

I'm told it also adds electric rear blind and manual rear passenger side blinds and "a few other things". It also adds $2000 :-(.

I guess it will all be clear in a few weeks. Don't base anything on the US or UK forums, there are big differences in specs between countries.
