F34 B47 rough engine stop

Dear all,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltdW...annel=DmytroK.

I am experiencing an issue with my engine where it stops very roughly, causing additional vibrations in the saloon, especially when the engine is hot. I have attached a video of the issue, and upon reviewing it, the 2nd and 3rd times seemed to look better than the first. However, the tech guys from the service center have already changed the tension roller, a small additional one nearby, and the mounts of the engine and automatic gearbox, but the issue persists, leaving me confused.

Additionally, I have noticed error codes 290B00 and 290900 appearing from time to time, and while they disappear after erasing them, they reappear after a few days. I am not sure whether these codes are related to the engine issue.

Could you please advise me on what steps to take next?

Google 'BMW 290B00' and 'BMW 290900'.

Just saying, and probably this is not the solution in your case…I had the same exact issue, the engine stop was harder than yours and the problem was the oil cap of the engine, which wasn’t properly tightened after a service I had. After I tightened the cap as it should be, everything worked like a swiss(German) watch! Just saying! 🫣

Gents, I guess I found the problem, the Intake manifold AGR has burned out the hole. After driving 30 min the highway I got smoke from the intake manifold AGR, the back side of it total soot --> https://youtube.com/shorts/r4J37nTzago

i know it´s a long time ago, but could you explain a little bit more.
in the last video what your have been posted is not the AGR System. This is the mainfold which is conneted to the engine.
Could you solved the issue?
