I am running Nitto NT555 on my 20" wheels. I've also had 22" Nitto 420s on srt10 wheels on my Dodge truck. I've always liked Nitto and they wear very well for me and handle the rain great

Pirelli P Zero Runflat
They came as a pakage with the rims.
They show quite a bit of oversteering. If I had the freedom of choice I would decide for the non-runflat Continental Sport Contact 5P or the Dunlop Sport Maxx.
