Your favourite Bond film
Watching a view to a kill, one of my childhood favourites however I have to say my all time favourite is moonraker which is often slated as one of the worst but when I watched it as a child the space shuttle was new so it was very relevant to a science obsessed primary school boy.
Also who is your favourite, mine has to be Roger. |

Connery was the best Bond to me, taken from the perspective of closest to what I picture when I read one of the Fleming novels. Or, taken from who I'd be if I could be Bond!
Films though... my faves are the Moore classics- The Spy who loved me my absolute favourite, closely followed by Moonraker. They're the cheesiest, but Jaws, the underwater Lotus, Naomi the helicopter assasin, Stromberg, are respectively my favourite henchmen, car, Bond girl, evil bad guy, of all time.

My favourite film out of the franchise is probably Goldeneye. It was the first of the modern ones and the first one I saw in the cinema.
I'm also a sucker for license to kill, live and let die, octopussy and Spectre. For me Timothy Dalton was the best Bond. In my eyes he plays the charecter as close to what Ian Fleming intended as can be. |

I grew up watching Roger Moore and he did some good ones, but my favourite film is probably Casino Royale with Daniel Craig.

Love Bond films, got the box set of them all, up until the last couple.
For me, I liked the last last one Spectre. Skyfall was also very good. Sam Mendes

Mine is Casino Royale (the Daniel Craig one, not David Niven), then Goldfinger, then Live and let die.
My favourite bond is Daniel Craig. Cooks |

They looked good but they made little sense, and Bond shooting the chopper out of the sky from several hundred metres with a pistol at the end of Spectre was like a bad episode of spooks or something. And Christoph Waltz played the same character as all his movies, except with a touch more Rob Brydon!

Roger Moore - The Spy Who Loved Me (Barbara Bach yes please! And Jaws, what’s not to like!).
Timothy Dalton - The Living Daylights (really underrated imho). Daniel Craig - Skyfall (don’t like him as Bond at all mind). Pierce Brosnon - Non, like him, but they were all stupid. Sean Connery - Goldfinger The latter has probably got to be the best Bond film ever. |

Man with the golden gun. Best car chase, and proper Bond.

I really enjoyed all the Pierce Brosnon Bonds along with the Connery and Moore ones. Timothy Dalton I watched a few weeks back but never finished. Casino Royale was one the best Bonds I'd seen the other Daniel Craig ones were a complete let down. Spectre and Skyfall story lines were terrible

Interesting story about George Lazenby, he'd never really acted before playing bond and only done some modelling.
He went out and got himself a bond suit like Sean Connery wore and styled his hair similar, turned up at the offices of the bond producer and said I hear your looking for James Bond, I'm here. He got the interview and bullshited his way through it saying how he'd done some acting in South Africa etc. After eventually coming clean that he'd never really done any acting the producers said he'd fooled them so obviously can act and put him through some tests. First they needed to see if he could fight so got one of the stunt men to put him though his paces, Lazenby chinned the stuntman and knocked him out. Next they wanted to make sure he was straight due to his modelling past so sent a woman up to his room .. she came out walking like John Wayne the next morning! He might not have been the best bond but he has the best story behind getting the role |

I've just suggested it Mrs Tengocity as a present that the in-laws can get me, since they were looking for ideas.
