$1000 voucher for new 2013 or 2014

Hi guys - I'm wandering if anyone here received a $1000 off voucher on any new 2013 or 2014 bmw from attending the Glen abbey Canadian golf open this year? I received one but unfortunately it says I have to take delivery before Sept 30, 2013 to get the credit from bmw canada. Unfortunately I don't see any new 335 Rwds in stock anywhere.

I will be buying a 2013 or more likely a 2014, hopefully this weekend, just wandering if anyone has an idea on how to use voucher even though delivery won't occur before Sept 30. The dealers seem to think its too late. Would it help to call bmw canada and ask for exception?

Anyone with experience?

Sometimes they can always sign a contract before your car is there at the dealership for pickup.

Really depends if you can trust the dealership. I did it with mine when getting a car for a family member who was visiting from another city, though I am a returning customer and their service and people are good.

EDIT: I am in the US. Not sure how the BMW Canada may differ or even dealerships.

dealer can make this an exception, in some cases.

If you sign on Sep 30, then there is no way the dealer can deliver the car on the same day (assuming it's in stock and ready for delivery within 5 business days), therefore, the $1000 can be redeemed. Just have to get the sales mgr to sign off on.

However, if you are ordering a '14, then it will take about 5-6 weeks to get one, in this case, the $1000 may not be so easy to be redeemed. I suggest you to contact BMW Canada for this situation, providing that you sign on Sep 30, perhaps, they may approve.

Do ask, it only takes a phone call and bit of convincing.

Sounds like they were only given out at the Canadian Open which was back in July.

yes - I think they were only given at the Canadian Open. It expires on Monday and you have to take possession by then also. I don't believe mine is transferable, it says on it.

I have to say that Bobblehead has been exceedingly helpful in my "in-progress" purchase. I am very thankful to him. However ... the deal is not done yet, I'm waiting for the dealer to get back to me with paperwork .....
