F30 ASD: Coding F80 vs F82 sound

Hi Guys,

This is just out of curiosity, but I found that ASD produce different sound when F80 vs F82 is selected. Under light throttle, I found that the F82 sounds more calm and less pronounced compared to F80's aggressive sound on light throttle, but I found that F82 sounds more aggressive on heavier throttle compared to F80.

Did anybody notice this?

On my '17, choosing any option besides F30/B46B20 appears to disable ASD completely. Am I doing something wrong??

You're not doing something wrong.
With newer software versions (Approximately since end of 2015) you cannot change the Sound.
