Most dealers in GVA (Autowest, BMW Store, Parkshore) are fine with mods. I'm not 100% sure with Brian Jessel however, as they tend to be hit and miss with their service department.

I do however deal mostly with Autowest or BMW Store, and they usually give good service, with even the service manager, master technician and service advisor acknowledge the mods I've done with the car.

BMW Store may be fine with existing mods, your mileage may vary, but I would only take it there if you know who's going to work on your car. They certainly will not put any aftermarket parts on your car unless they are totally benign to the functioning of the drivetrain. I had a bad experience as they assigned the new guy to my car. I am not one of those whiners who won't pay for good work, but in this case, literally nothing was done. Even got the car back with a scuff on the door, which they buffed out, but wtf?
