Is my Valve cover leaking?

Need help identifying if my Valve cover is leaking, have a sulev model so I want to take it to BMW but don’t want to have to end up paying the $200+ for diagnostic alone if it’s not

100% it is, you can see the seeping of oil clearly in the photo. The other thing to do to convince yourself - wipe it with a tissue and you'll see the oil.

and or give it a clean and then check after a drive and the block is hot - it will be back seeping through eventually. Don't let the garage BS you and tell you its normal. The first photo is quite clear, so you may not want to clean it and just take it to BMW/garage

That said its not a show stopper at the moment (not the worst leaks I've seen) but you can't see behind the engine where the vac pump is and it could be dry or worse there...

It doesn't even take a $2 diagnostic to see that gasket is toast.

Is this a difficult project for a DIYer? I have the same vehicle, and will likely have the same issue.
