Sure, I'll PM you the details

Yep the ambient lighting can be change from classic to modern in the iDrive lighting settings.

The LCI trim is just the HVAC surround trim in gloss black.

Another impulse buy whilst my GruppeM is backordered with Studie AG, I ordered the CPM Sport. Both should be delivered sometime next week

Oh man!! I tried to buy this myself as I was curious if this would make any improvement to the handling. On my previous Audi S5, having a brace like this made a big difference!!! I am not sure if it will fit on an F36 though.

I contacted CPM directly but they ignored my emails. I wonder if Studie would consider shipping to US???

I was considering this for awhile to improve handling. Yeah, it's very difficult to order parts from Japan since most don't ship abroad, luckily Studie does on their online store

Comes in Sport & Comfort versions.

I ordered mine from Studie, Yokohama, had my relative ship them to me since I had some bulky packages & it was cheaper in store.

Also wanted to order the Rigid Collars & ARC carbon strutbar as well but maybe next time.

I think I find a source on Rakuten...now need to make sure it will fit on F36. The listing only shows F31/32/33/34. I didnt realize there is a comfort version. Do you know the difference between comfort and sport? Stiffness? Which version did you get?

Yep, that's the one It will fit, just had a look on the CPM site. I ordered the Sport version, it's stiffens the body of the car but gives a harsher ride.

For the F36 it comes in Sport version only, On the F30 it comes in both Sport & Comfort version.

The next time I am in Japan for business I am definitely going to check out Studie AG and their stable of project BMW cars. I better not being my wallet!

Question, did the brace come with longer bolts too or are you supposed to use the existing ones?

It didn't come with any bolts, so I presume you need to use the existing bolts.

I'm so eager to get this installed, Aside from the downpipe it's the mod I'm looking forward to install most.

When I installed something similar on my Audi it made a big difference. To be honest, I cant see how that flimsy (albeit beautifully made) piece of metal can improve anything, especially if you are already lowered. Have you considered the Mechunik Strut Bar? Looks equally well made:

I'm planning on getting either the ARC Power Brace or Wiechers Strut Bar.

It was hard convincing myself the flimsy piece of metal costs $350 However the pictures don't do it justice, it's actually quite hefty & solid.

According to CPM it's a compound aluminium piece milled from a single block using a high pressure jet cutter, anodized in a coat of protective paint.

Dont get me wrong, I am probably going to get it too! And convince myself it made a difference. I just cant resist beautifully made pieces of metal from Japan. Check out these awesome footpegs for my motorcycle I got from a Japan a while back. Pure sex....
