I was taking a second look at the pics, on the driver side of the bumper, I can't tell if those are water marks or scratches? Is the bumper in great condition with the exception of the two holes (looks like someone hit you with their license plate screws)?

Those are all water marks. Yes that is exactly what the holes are from. Overall the rest of the bumper is in good shape. I wouldn't say great as there are probably some small scratches from it being in my garage. BTW I cleaned up my PM box.
