ONEighty - F30 LED Rings & Bi-Xenon Retrofit OFFICIAL Photos

Ok guys, it's officially official

I'm sure a lot of you guys followed our development on the first aftermarket LED Ring application for the Non-Xenon F30 Headlights. Luckily our first 2 customers were local for which we installed both of our style rings for, Style-1 (ST-1) & Style-2 (ST-2). Both sets also got a bi-xenon retrofit and one of them got complete paint work.

Here's the first set of photos.
  • ONEighty ST-1 LED Rings
  • Bi-Xenon Projector Retrofit
  • E46-R Projector Shrouds
  • OEM Style Projector Text

These are officially up for sale, we can either mail them to you or you can arrange for us to install the rings into your headlights. Obviously all other options such as projector retrofit along with paint work is available so feel free to inquire for more information.

For any questions or inquiries, shoot us an email to: info@180custom.com

Your lighting kit looks really good. kudos on you hard work! I noticed the bulb position for the stock DTL is left empty in your retrofit kit. Is it meant to be lift empty? will the kit work if there is a bulb is in that position?

Not at the moment, manufacturing clear plastic pieces is extremely expensive, and unless we get a large amount of deposits, this wouldn't really pull through. Otherwise it's too high of a risk to take in case the market isn't there for it.

Yeah I think you definitely need the plastics rings. The bare led globes when off to me anyway just don't look good. The original mock up you did looked a lot better. But I guess this would be a lot cheaper

Eventually we are planing on making the plastic casings, we are testing different kinds of clear plastics to see what would be our best option. There is no ETA on them just yet but they will definitely be made.

Normally our customers from of out state mail in the headlights which we modify to your liking and then mail them back to you. In the cases that you are unable to mail us your headlights you have an option of purchasing a new set which we can modify and then mail to you.

If I take my headlights out and send them to u how long will it take to have the job done?
And once it's done it will be just that easy to put them back?
Will I need to do something extra for some errors codes or something like that?
Thank you.

Send us over an email at info@180custom.com for a full breakdown. But in general if your looking for LED Rings & Projector Retro-Fit w/ HID it would be $1,400 + Shipping or $1,500 Installed In-House. The setup is all plug-n-play.

We would need the headlights at our facility for about 4-5 Days before we ship them back out. Everything is plug n play considering you are just doing LED rings and projector retrofit with HID kit. No errors.

Vehicle was completed towards the end of the night so we couldn't get too many close-up shots.
