Trans tuning question
So I have found out that when I start up my car and just drive off right away (Oil temp up to normal operating temp of course) I have found that the trans downshifts so much more aggressively, like a chop, guessing its cause of the startup procedure. My question is would a xhp tans tune get the same aggressiveness and faster shifting?

1-2 shift "lurch" on the first takeoff/cold trans, is normal on the ZF8AT. if you are talking about harsh downshifting that could be another problem. XHP is fantastic and highly recommended for a variety of reasons but will not fix a mechanical problem.

Not necessarily harsh but just very satisfying lol. My trans shifts flawlessly I just wanted that extra bit of aggressiveness. Thanks.
