328i control arm bushing, is this normal?!

Hi everyone, just had all 4 control arms replaced on front end of 2015 328i m-sport, and car still feels weird, brought it to another garage and guy showed me this, is this normal, looks very abnormal to me. They've only been on there a month, could not installing properly have caused this?

That is not normal. There is usually a little play with the bushings, but in this case the whole control arm is moving.

Hell no that's not normal, were the bolts torqued to spec with the suspension loaded? Where did you get those control arms from?
