No clue, try at https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/fo...play.php?f=423
But with winters I wouldn't go less than a 50 aspect ratio to guard against pothole damage to both the tires and rims.

Thanks

Would 225/45/18 be too narrow to use in winter on a m4cs?

Absolutely not. Winters that are too wide have less traction, because they float above snow and slush instead of pushing through it to hit the pavement. Ideally winters are narrower and larger in diameter than summers.

Don't you mean that winters should have higher sidewalls = smaller rim size? All tire diameters should be the same...

So 225 tires should be fine to use on the m4? Not gonna be doing super hard driving or anything like I would with 295 summer tires I'd have

That would be preferred.

That's not carved in stone.

They look a bit like 719 alloys from an F20.
