Additional Information on Sports or Vehicle Status
As currently suffering the pain of a 218D Active Tourer Sport while mine is getting its gearbox and diff fixed noticed a slight tweak.
In sports dials and in vehicle status screen (tyre PSI etc) there are additional display for water temp. Wondering if anyone has found a way to display water temp in the coding as cant find anything thanks

This is the picture its accessible from sports display and vehicle status
Weirdest thing is it also offers tyre temp as standard no coding makes you think why we have to coded it on a F30 when a active tourer has it. Sometimes BMW just dont make sense

It was my understanding that most EU vehicles did not come standard with option 2VB, to measure pressure and temp. Instead, they use rotations to estimate PSI.

I looked around in my HU CAFD file for quite a few hours and couldn't find it. I think best is to make a copy of this one and share, maybe someone could find it.

This screen is only found on the X1 and Active Tourer from about June 2016 production

It cannot estimate PSI, not show temperature. The optional 2VB is required for that

On these cars you still have to code them to see the temperature on tyre screen under vehicle status, just like the F30. But the screen that was added mid 2016 by the power dials does not require coding to see the temperature
