Junction view on CIC

When using navigation to go to a specific address, is there a way to get a split screen with junction view on upcoming changes of direction on a 2013 F30 with CIC nav? Is this a feature of NBT only?

Thanks

Something like this:

To get that split view (image you have posted) on the NBT, you need to select Map north-orientated. Check if you have the same option in the CIC.

When you have the screen split and also are being guided by the navigation to a destination, a junction view pops up on the right side screen as you are approaching a turn or intersection. Is that what you are asking about?

Yes that is what I am asking. Currently on split view I get the bigger map on the left and perspective 3D map on the right side. But nothing pops up as I get to a place where I have to get off the road.

I was hoping I would see something like I do in my Santa Fe, like this:

Ah. Sorry I thought you were after split view in your original posting. The option your after is 3D exit roads. It only works on exits on major roads, does bugger all in town.

This is correct. I've only really experienced this on the highway. In addition, split view must be on for this to appear. I normally drive with the nav on full screen, so I don't really get this anyways.

You can code it so at an exit, split view will temporary pop-up, whilst still in full screen mode.

In the Santa Fe it pops up and then automatically goes away. In my BMW it never pops up as far as I have seen so far.

You wouldn't happen to know the code which makes it automatically pop up in full view, do you?

Thanks
