PCR0303's M Performance F32 + Exhaust Conversion
Hello fellow enthusiasts,
It has been a long time since I got my car but I finally came around to posting it. Around April 2014 is when I first joined these forums asking for opinions on a decision. I was between a M235i and a 428i M Sport. To be brief, I gave up horsepower for HUD, LEDs, and better overall styling. I've never really been a BMW fan until the reveal of the 4 series, so I was quite happy with my decision. As of now, I'm still learning more about BMWs and cars in general. This forum has been extremely helpful as I became more and more into my car and into mods. I hope to learn a lot from you guys! Quick past car background: 2006 Lexus GS430, 2007 328i E93, 2008 IS350 Current: 2014 BMW 428i MSport I couldn't wait to order one and after constant searching I was able to find one with the features I wanted, lighting package and tech package being key ones. It was special too because it was already outfitted with M Performance Spoiler and Mirror Covers as well as the Aluminum pedals. (Something I normally didn't see when these first came out) Here are some photos the day I got her: Here are some after these mods: -35% tint -435i MPE Conversion with MP Diffuser -Front Lip Again sorry for bad photos, taken with iPhone and I take bad photos.. May need to update with better pictures later on Future mods to come: -19" Wheels - Still unsure which -MPBBK - Orange Calipers -Dinan Tune? -Also unsure if I will debadge or not -Black roof? Enjoy! *Special thanks to Mike's Muffler with the exhaust install, Ben AKA: R33 (don't know how to tag ppl) for the front lip, Impressive Wrap for the install and helping me with my front lip scare (long story), and many of you whom I just lurked around at pictures to give me ideas of how I wanted to build my own! Absolutely beautiful. Can you take a video of how the 335i MPE Sounds on the 428?
I had the 328 MPE on my old car and liked it, and now I have the OEM 35i muffler on my 428, but I am considering upgrading to the 35i MPE

Already much more than just a nice start, congrats! At this point, it is time to get rid of all traces of Amber (reflectors or lights) on the car. In is one of the early steps in the initiation process

Thanks tboooe! Yes, the tips are much better now thanks to Mike. They were quite off center. In my opinion I would say painted. Sometimes all black is hard to see the lines/design of the diffuser. I went with painted for that reason and to match how BMW showed their M Performance models. Can't wait to see your GC, especially when you get your exhaust done, it'll look great! This mod is night and day

Everything is wrapped including the antenna. They take it off and wrap it properly to make sure it doesn't unravel. I got it done at Impressive Wrap in El Monte. Another long drive for you

Thank You! They do not have just the splitters available. I had the lip part removed from an Autotecknic M Performance style carbon fiber lip so the splitters came off just as how the M3/M4 M performance lip is 3 pieces. Then I just had them glue the splitters on where it normally would fit.
