I am really sorry to hear that, I too am perhaps in the same boat. I picked up mine today after getting it serviced for the dashboard rattle, I can't hear the old ones anymore but there are new ones.
What can we as the consumer do in this scenario? I dropped a massive amount of money on a luxury car, rattles should NOT be a standard feature. Perhaps writing to BMWNA is on the cards? |

Do you by any chance use the car on your ranch to herd cattle? Yee ha!! Go on. Come clean. On a serious note: Such a situation would drive me to distruction. Totally unacceptable. I really hope you get the rattles eradicated. I am now in complete dread of such a situation. There seem to be too many posts regarding loose and rattling trim.

I think it's a GOOD sign the dealer is taking their time working on a resolution. A far better scenario than a dealer that won't try. Give them a chance and see how they do.
