My 328i Lease Quote, Thoughts?
I'm still awaiting the MF, residual details but was just quoted:
MSRP: 43,045 Sale$: 40,201 24/12k: $417 +tax 36/12k: $382 +tax Both with $5,000 at signing. The sale price seems fair but that seems high per month with $5,000 down, no? |

Yes seems very high per month with $5k down, we need alot more information that you aren't providing.
Residual, Money Factor, Invoice, Dealer Fee, Doc Fee, Acq Fee, any other fees, etc. |

Some comments:
925 seems to be the acq fee, it should be $725, $200 = dealer fluff added to the cap .00169 should be .00129 We cant see the fee breakdown from this screen.... |

I've received three quotes from three different dealers stating .00169 as the current MF. Is there something different here in the SF Bay area?

No, it is just that they all are taking the maximum allowed mark-up of .0004 over the BMWFS base rate of .00129. It is quite common since this is how the finance side of the dealership makes their money.
